Why we like Home Creations

Home Creations stands out as a top Norman homebuilder with roots dating to 1981 when founders Jalal and Mohammad Farzaneh built their first home there, growing into Oklahoma's largest producer of quality new construction. The company delivers energy-efficient homes exceeding standard ratings with smart features, robust safety systems for local weather, and customizable options across communities like Blue Ridge Estates, Bellatona, and Eagle Cliff South. Decades of experience building thousands of homes, combined with value pricing, closing incentives, and deep community ties, separate it through reliable craftsmanship and buyer-focused processes that make homeownership accessible and lasting.
